Tasting Notes
Nose: Elegantly floral with layers of ripe orchard fruits — poached pear, apricot, and peach — alongside fragrant rose water, fresh cream, and a gentle vanilla sweetness. Thirty-two years of Lowland maturation evident in every breath.
Palate: Rich and deeply complex. Tropical fruits and honeyed sweetness lead, followed by waves of delicate florals, soft oak spice, and a creaminess that coats the palate beautifully. The depth here is extraordinary — each sip reveals new layers that only decades in cask can produce.
Finish: Long, elegant, and refined — the floral and fruity character of the distillery lingering gracefully long after the last sip. A finish worthy of the final chapter in this remarkable series.
