What type of haggis do you sell?

Do you sell gluten-free haggis?
Yes, we do. We sell gluten-free haggis, including options from well-known Scottish producers such as Macsween. All gluten-free products are clearly labelled to make ordering easy and stress-free.
Is haggis raw or cooked?
No — haggis is fully cooked, not raw. Traditional haggis is cooked during production, so when it arrives you’re simply reheating it at home until it’s piping hot and ready to serve.
Is your haggis suitable for Burns Night?
Absolutely. Burns Night is one of our busiest times of year and a huge part of what we do. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance, especially during peak periods, to avoid disappointment.
How quickly can you deliver?
We deliver using DPD’s next-day delivery service across the UK.
Standard, express, and Saturday delivery options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, and we’ll always aim to deliver on the date chosen.
However, during busy periods (such as Burns Night), high courier volumes mean deliveries may occasionally arrive a day or two earlier, or the day after the selected date.
For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering a few days in advance, especially for time-sensitive events.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We dispatch orders on time using DPD’s next-day service. Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery times are dependent on their network.
During peak periods, occasional delays can occur. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, DPD will usually attempt redelivery or allow you to rearrange delivery via the DPD app. We recommend keeping an eye on tracking notifications, particularly for chilled items.
Can I leave my order in a safe place?
Yes. You can use the DPD app to leave delivery instructions, nominate a safe place, or redirect your parcel if needed.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We currently only deliver within the UK. This allows us to maintain food safety, product quality, and reliable delivery times, particularly for fresh and chilled haggis.
Do you supply haggis to pubs, restaurants, and trade customers?
Yes. We supply haggis to pubs, restaurants, hotels, butchers, deli shops, cafés, and other food businesses across the UK.

Can haggis be frozen?
Yes — haggis freezes very well. If you’re not using it straight away, we recommend freezing it on delivery. Once defrosted, consume within the time stated on the packaging and do not refreeze.
How long does haggis last?
Use-by dates are clearly shown on all packaging. Fresh haggis can be frozen on arrival to extend its shelf life if required.
Do you sell vegetarian haggis?
Yes. Alongside our traditional and gluten-free haggis, we also stock vegetarian haggis, which is a popular choice for Burns Night and mixed-diet meals.
How is the haggis packaged?
All orders are carefully packed by our in-house team in Grangemouth. Chilled items are packed to help maintain freshness during transit, particularly during busy periods such as Burns Night.
Who prepares and dispatches the orders?
Every order is prepared and dispatched by our small, family-run team from our warehouse in Grangemouth, Scotland. Each order is packed with care and attention.
Do you offer refunds on chilled food items?
Due to the perishable nature of chilled food, we’re unable to offer refunds once items have been dispatched, unless there is a genuine fault with the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
