Knorr Professional Vegetable Paste Bouillon 1kg

Build flavour in vegetable soups, casseroles and risotto with this vegan stock paste, made with carrot, onion and parsley.

• One 1kg tub of concentrated paste.
• Gluten free. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
• Makes 40 litres of rich stock or up to 66 litres of lighter stock.

Preparation

For each litre of boiling water, stir in 25g of paste for a rich stock or 15g for a lighter stock, until dissolved.

Salt, vegetable oil (palm, sunflower), starch, sugar, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable powders (4%) (carrot, onion), flavourings, spices (lovage root, parsley root powder, turmeric), tomato puree powder, parsley.
