Minger is a characterful Brie-style washed-rind cheese made in the Highlands of Scotland. Its bright orange annatto-washed rind gives way to a soft, creamy and increasingly oozy centre as the cheese ripens.
Inspired by classic washed-rind styles such as Reblochon, Pont-l’Évêque, Munster and Époisses, Minger develops rich savoury flavours with nutty, lemony and earthy notes. When fully ripe it becomes decadently pungent, with the memorable aroma that gives the cheese its name.
Serve at room temperature to enjoy its full texture and flavour. It pairs particularly well with a dry, crisp white wine and makes a distinctive addition to a cheeseboard.

Serving & Pairing
Give Minger its own place on a mixed cheeseboard and balance its character with firm Cheddar and milder Brie-style cheese. Serve with oatcakes or biscuits and taste it before adding stronger accompaniments.
