Planning a Burns Supper for a group?

This is a food-supply enquiry, not a booking for staffed catering. Your organiser or venue will be responsible for storing, preparing and serving the food.

What to include in your enquiry

Use the contact form and start your message with Burns Supper group enquiry. Include the details below so we can assess quantities, availability and delivery together.

• Organisation and contact: your name, club or business name, and email address.
• Guest numbers: your total number of guests and how many require each meal option.
• Menu: a complete supper or selected components, and whether you are interested in smoked salmon and pâté.
• Dietary requirements: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other requests, plus any allergies we need to discuss. Explain overlapping requirements without counting a guest twice; please do not include individual guests' names or medical histories.
• Event date and preferred delivery date: tell us both dates, even when they are different.
• Delivery: postcode, venue type and number of delivery addresses.
• Optional: budget, storage or preparation limitations, and any other useful details.

How your quote works

We will review your requirements before quoting for the food and delivery. Dietary requests and substitutions must be checked across the whole proposed menu; submitting a request does not confirm that an option is available or suitable.

A quote will set out the agreed contents, quantities, price and delivery arrangements. An enquiry does not place an order, reserve stock or guarantee a delivery date. Please wait for written confirmation of the arrangements before making plans around the supply.
